Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shipping is free within India for orders above 1500. In case if the buyer requires a faster delivery, they can choose to pay extra.

Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 

No return or exchange over discounted products. Products sold under sale and other promotional offers and any customised products are strictly not eligible for return.

Exchanges are entertained if there is a genuine quality issue pertaining to your order or if we discover that a wrong order is dispatched from the warehouse. Delivery charges are not refundable.

For a genuine handcrafted piece, unevenness in the weave, or work could be expected and colours may fade or bleed due to the traditional dyeing method employed. In the unlikely event that your purchased product arrives damaged, you should send the opening video of the damaged product, without editing You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For authorization of return of your product please mail to us at [email protected] with your order number, name, email id, product purchased and reason for return. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request.Return request should only be placed through email.

Once your return request is approved by our team, we will intimate the address to which it has to be send. The products must be returned in it’s original condition. 

you should neatly pack the item you intend to return along with original packing material. After sending the product you should share the courier details with us.

Once we receive the product and is convinced by your reason, we gladly offer you an exchange.
